Program

SYDNEY & LONDON  11-12 November 2015

This is a conference with a very big twist. This is not a ‘sit back and listen’ event. This is an event where you can be involved with developing and publishing new thinking in change and ‘How Change is Changing’.

Looking for something that takes you to the next level of change management capability?
Be a part of something very different, be a part of the new wave of change management thinking.
Learn how you can build your skills to provide a real competitive advantage.

Go beyond questions

On Day 1 our internationally renowned speakers will take us through the new normal, as they help us to explore the shifts all businesses have to make to stay alive!

Set the agenda

On Day 2 we will be opening the floor up to the delegates to create a range of different forums to explore and work through our response as a change community.

Sydney and London Day 2  12 November 2015

LEAD FUTURE THINKING

Day 2 is the Shared Learning Forum – your opportunity to pitch an idea for a masterclass. It might be a longstanding area of interest, or a new approach to change introduced on Day 1. Each masterclass session will be supported by facilitators and assistants to accelerate your group’s collaboration.

1. PITCH YOUR TOPIC

Day 2 kicks off with setting the agenda for the day. Any attendee can suggest a topic and lead the discussion, applying new thinking on how organisations enable change.

2. COLLABORATE AND CAPTURE

The discussions will be captured by live scribes (cartoonists) and live bloggers, ‘crowdsourcing’ input on the thinking from experienced practitioners.

 3. BE RECOGNISED

The content captured will be published in a book on ‘change in the age of disruption’, with all attendees recognised as contributors.
